honey cornbread

Standard

Cream together:

2/3 c sugar

1/4 c softened butter

Then whisk in:

4 eggs

1/2 c honey

1 1/3 c milk

Mix  below ingredients and add to wet mix.  Don’t over mix, will be lumpy.  

2 1/3 c flour

1 1/2 T baking powder

1/2 c cornmeal

1 t salt

Pour into 9×13 baking dish.  Bake 20-25 minutes at 400 to golden.
