parmesan-baked salmon


I was hesitant at first since this has mayonnaise in it… not exactly my favorite condiment.  But our Oregonian friends Dave and Karli eat fresh salmon that Dave catches from the river, and they always told us just to smear on some mayo and grill it!  I wasn’t bold enough to try it for a long time (and honestly didn’t want to waste perfectly good salmon) but somehow worked up the courage.  I’m so glad I did because this is one of my favorite ways to eat salmon now!
