Around Las Vegas, rosemary is a decorative bush.  Seriously everywhere, and it makes walks outside interesting after they have been pruned by the gardeners!  We enjoyed this for Thanksgiving and Christmas because I wanted to enjoy the fresh rosemary… and I see it in our future for holidays while we live here.  When I made it Sunday for Christmas, I used sea salt as the outer rub and I think that is the reason it was even more yummy than the first time I made it.
