This is the perfect ratio of ingredients for french toast. Until now, I have eyeballed it and never got the perfect mix. One item of note, cardamom is a very intense flavor if you have never tried it, and it was over $5.00 for a small jar. If you aren’t sure about that spice, use cinnamon instead. Sometimes I do a little of both!
