My friend Beth, who welcomed me to MOPS in Virginia and then passed on the torch of helping lead the following year, gave me this recipe. It’s one of my favorites for crockpot cooking on Sundays, so lunch is ready when we get home.
I just thought to add the note that I always use wheat pasta. It really doesn’t taste that different and is much better for you! The fiber helps keep you fuller longer. That’s always a good thing at my house!
